Hey all I check all the FAQs I could find and I'm wondering if anyone has an answer to the problem I'm having with this print it did t used to do this and sometimes I can get a good print out of it but it like a 50/50 shot and wondering what could be causing the issue

I've changed the Fep film and re leveled the bed and checked the LCD screen and clean the ever loving Christ out of does anyone have some answers

Hi Group ?

I have 4 photons all original and all worked really. One of them (first one I brought) has a screen that died so replace the is on the way. I have 2 others that have a strange error when printing. They have started to print mush in the bottom of the resin tank and it’s sticking to the mini. When I clean it out I guess it has the consistency of porridge. Any ideas? I check bed levels, check the LCD etc. All of that was fine.

Does anyone knows the LCD display tempered glass thickness for OG Photon and S models?

I recall to have read somewhere those are 0.6mm for the OG Photon tempered glass and 1.2mm for the one in the S but no idea if that´s correct though.

hey guys, I haven't used my anycubic photon in over a year for personal reasons (moved houses etc..) and now getting back to it. Anyone can give me a recap of what i've missed? New firmware i NEED to get? new slicer? On the system page of my photon it reads System: Photon 5.5 and Version 4.0.11_LCD

I haven’t used my printer in a whole week! But when I went to print again today it seems to have came un-zeroed/leveled. Starts trying to push the build plate through the lcd. Hello, I have problem with z-axis. The motor does not work. Do actully nothing. Do not move and does not do any noise. UV LCD display and fan works. I tried to update system and it did not help. Could you please help me, that is the issue?

Weird issue
I'll call it LCD light leakage? For lack of a better term.
Whenever I print, after the prints done, and I've removed it from the build plate and done all that, I leave the resin in the vat and go about my day.

Next day when I go to print, I have a thin, perfect LCD shape square half cured to the FEP that I have to scrape off.

What is causing this and what is the solution?

Just bought a new Anycubic Photon a few days ago. When pressing the "Home" button it squashes the build plate against the LCD screen making the paper unmovable. Their customer service said it should be stopping before the LCD just like my original. It also came with a cracked window from screw being tightened too much and a broken hinge on the door.
I figured it wasn't too bad as there's no stressing sound with the "Home" issue, so I decided to level and print. Then when starting a print, the back half of the build plate pops up cause nothing to stick on the back half. Tried about 6 different prints, as well as using my original build plate. Only the front half stuck.
My first Photon I got a little over a year ago still prints amazing. Some adhesion issues sometimes, but nothing too bad. Just finished the Spiderman diorama by Sanix. Tried the new build plate, so the build plate is fine. They tried to play it off saying I don't know how to level and it's just getting on my nerves now. I've been printing over a year and it took sales 3 days to get back to me after I spammed the shit out of their ticket service when they stopped contacting me.
If there is an easy fix, I would love to know. But after troubleshooting everything, I can't figure out the reason why.
Everything is even, Z-Axis stuff isn't bent, LCD screen is level, and the new build plate worked fine on my old machine.
Now they want me to pay for return shipping as they think it's an issue with my leveling. I'm really starting to hate Anycubic ? A year ago I would have sworn by them.

Never seen this issue before. One side of the print has a jelly like film over it. I ran the exact same print the night before and it came out spotless. Is it a sign that my LCD is dying?
