Need some help ?

I hollow and place support with Prusaslicer. When I export the buildplate with supports as .stl, the model becomes solid again ??‍♂️

So when I open the file in Chitubox the holes are gone and it's a solid, supported model..

Could someone help me out? ?

So has anyone found this as an stl, or does someone have the ability to make this?

New printer owner, so please be gentle. Or not. Preferably informative though!

I bought my printers in early January (Maybe December?), but I'm just now getting around to actually setting them up. In the mean time, I've been stalking several forum pages like this one, to gather information- and STLs.

As such, Ive purchased quite a few of them in that time. I have nine or ten patreons, Im in a specialty custom one, etc, etc.. Is there a way to download everything on a Dropbox account quickly and efficiently?? Some of these purchases have dozens and dozens of individual files, and Im going crazy trying to DL them all. Any help will be greatfully appreciated.

Hello! Quick question: is there any way to compile multiple .pws files into one printable file?

If not, is there any way to convert a .pws back into an .stl?

Cant find any help on the google ??‍♀️

Also, maybe both of my questions are “stupid” but I’m new to this so I can’t make that distinction til I know the answer to them. Let me know ?

Quick question re multiple prints at same time. Different resins mostly siraya fast and eegloo red clear. Exposure 65/8. Layer height .05 bottom layers 3. No supports. Have releveled to be sure that is not the issue.
The problem I’ve experienced x3 is that if I place more than 1 of the same object on the build plate to be printed only 1 or 2 out of 4 print, there is some buildup on the fep where the other objects should have printed of 3-4 layers approx. There is adequate space between the objects but not too much and none of them are close to any of the borders.
Am I not spacing properly? More exp time because of the mult objects? Suggestions, thiughts?

Designed this little gaboon viper in Zbrush :) I just love gaboons. Printed on my photon in Elegoo ABS Like grey.

OK so I've brought done eSUN PLA resin and I'm really happy with it, mostly because it has no odour to speak of. What I'm not happy with is the bottle, when you pour it always drops down the bottle, it's a horrid design.

I'm looking for some UK sources bottles to transfer tte resin into, I don't have any empty or spare at the moment.

Ot would also be useful to have some 250ml for when I make specific colours by mixing resins with dye.

Ran the below test print using Anycubic black resin, sliced in Chitubox (settings in photo, directly from spreadsheet). Besides falling off the bench and snapping off the base (two days in the sun may be too much curing?) I think overall a success.

So given this print looks okay, is it still worth running the XP finder to optimise settings?

Application will be mostly D&D minis.

Tried the PowerCast Burn castable resin from Powerresins. I like that it doesn’t need UV post curing. In fact, the tech support person said that it is not recommended to expose the print to UV. Just a rinse with 95% ethanol (the tech support lady also said no IPA to rinse either).

I’m happy with the detail at 35 microns. I didn’t think the mill grain in this model would show but it did (the ring is size 6.5)! Took a little over 4 hr to print. I found out from the first prototype that I need to change the orientation and position of the supports, as a few of them kind of messed up with some elements of the design.

I prototype mostly with Anycubic UV ECO resin but I’ve been itching to try this castable resin from Powerresins. It’s a bit expensive but if I can get this level of detail, then is worth the investment.
