Hi, me again. I have a Photon S and everything is factory set. I did printed the test cube and my first try was a small failed. Part of the cube didn't printed at all. I did printed the cube again and it went super well!!!

Now, I'm trying to print a small figure. My problem is related to the photon file that I have to put on the USB key to print. I've used Chitubox to generate all my support and save an STL file. Then I've opened the Photon Workshop V2 program to slice the STL file and to get a ".PWS" file.

After that I'm inserting my USB key in the printer and select "Print". At that point, there is no file appearing on the screen. I 've shut down the print and leaved the key inserted. Then put the printer on, and still no file to be print.

I just dont know what to do now!!!

USB ket is a new 64GB Fat32. I took a pic of of the file saved on the key and shot a video with the printer. Using a MacBook Pro.

I accidentally broke my usb stick provided with the photon. by replacing it with another one I found will this affect my prints because they have been half printing or completely failing?

I was wondering if anyone ever had issues with .photon files over 1-1.5 gig ish with the photon not seeing it on the usb key...? Somehow I had to reduce the mesh density drasticaly for the photon to start seeing the files again? Its happenning more and more often

Another question anyone have any lines on a way to set a Photon up with a wifi connections? perhaps using the existing usb?

Big question: Can we connect a laptop to the Anycubic Photon instead of a USB stick?

So I've hit an issue that's stumped me. Photon suddenly wouldn't print a file. Reset it, then the LCD would show the main screen with the files, but the LCD isnt responding to touch. Tried flashing the firmware, no luck. Tried checking and reformatting the USB stick, also no luck. Any idea what the issue might be?

Received my Photon S tonight. Set it up per the instructions. The USB stick which came with the printer lights up when plugged into it but there are no files detected under the Print window. The files appear when I put it into my PC.

I tried a second USB with the firmware updates and again, no files detected when I plug it into the Photon.

I contacted Anycubic but thought I would ping the hivemind to see if this is a common problem and/or there is a workaround. Thanks.

After my first attempt to print the test cube, I did put the plate to level again. I also did sliced the photon cube and renamed the file « cube 2 ». Now, the only thing that I’m not sure is what file should I print: the one with the image ou the one with only the file name? Weird cause on my USB key there is only one Cube 2.pws file

Hey gang, I’m having trouble with adhesion after not printing for a few months. I see a slight outline of whatever design I’m trying to print on the feb but nothing on the build plate.
Resin doesn’t expire till March but it did sit in the vat a few days. Could that be my problem?
Tried printing stuff sliced in Chitubox as well as photon cube design on the included usb drive. Zero adhesion for either

I'm on my test print with the cube. I had difficulties to transfer the files on the usb key. When I did choose the file to be printed, I was only seeing part of the image of the cube on the touch screen. I thought that was not a problem.

After 4 hours of printing, it seems that the cube will be incomplete. I guess I will get back on the computer just to make sure that everything is ok with the file before printing!!!
