I have a photon s and I would like to know how to regulate myself to fill the VAT with 1/3. Does resin have to reach a certain level? What method do you use?

Anyone here use Anycubic Clear Resin for Invisible looking characters? Does the resin come out like the Starter Green the Anycubic Photon Comes with?

Did you get a resin Photon for Christmas? Or just looking for ways to streamline the cleaning of your prints? I'm sharing a little bit about how I do it.

First post and first print last night. I tried the test cube print but I used Anycubic ECO resin and not the green with the printer. Does this look like a leveling or settings issue? Or combination of issues? Any help or suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Has anybody ever used this gray resin from Kudos on their photon s? Just curios to know what kind of settings I should use for it?! I ran out of my anycubic skin and I'm just waiting for my elegoo gray to come in the post but in the mean time, my photon is sitting quiet but I have a couple bottles of this kudo resin sitting at home and I'm itching to get printing again.

A while ago, I posted saying that I had had a micro tear in my FEP and got some resin cured on my screen. I didn't have a razor to scrape the dried resin off the screen so i waited until today so I could go get a razor later.

Well, on a whim I took some gorilla duct tape, a lot tackier than the normal duct tape, and did a few presses in the screen to see it i could just lift it off.

Yep. Worked really well. Not 100%, but the rest I could take off with a finger nail and alcohol.

I'm still looking for advice on this issue. I typically do supports in Prusa, then slice in Chitubox and run the file through the Photon File Validator. Now, whenever I run things through the Validator they come out in a giant resin block and eat up all the resin in the vat by 50% through the print. If I skip the validator step I don't have any issues, but I really like using it to fix the small pixel islands. This is a new issue. I've been using the Validator for months without problems. Is there an update I'm missing? Picture of one such disaster for reference:

Ok I have issues to get stick on first layer, it always end at bed. I am trying to print yennefer model with good support I would say.

I am using basic green resin from anycubic and I have photon S.

Here are my settings:

layer 0.05

normal exposure time: 8

off time 2

bottom exposure used to have 50 but i will test with 70

bottom layers 6

anti alias 4

z lift 6

z lift speed 3

retract speed 10

What could be wrong? i played with off time had 1 no change.

Temperature in basement is way lower than 30, even 25, about 21.

Any suggestion welcomed.

I calibrated bed more than three time and once I printed switch jig without any problem. But other than that nothing. I am getting frustrated to wait hours for nothing.
