So I have a strange issue in printing miniatures. When I put more than one on the build plate I get the strangest failures the bottom will print then some supports. Then the legs on some of the terminators will not print from the foot to the knee or hip then the print will print fine after. All of these models are clones of each other. The following troubleshooting has occurred. 1. Re-level bed, 2. Update firmware, 3. Stop using chitubox switched to prusaslicer exporting to photon workshop, 4 changed exposure times, 5. Changed resins. 6. Have tried 2 separate new usb drives one type 2 one type 3. The type 2 would let me select prints and lower the vat acting like it was printing but freeze at 0% on multiple files. The type 3 once plugged in would freeze my photon and the screen would be unusable. If started with the type 3 in the photon wouldnt load past the initial picture saying photon while booting... Please help idk what else i can do

Okay I'm reposting because I was asked for more information and I figured this would be easier for everyone, the old post was deleted.

This was my first attempt at 0.025 for the moment I'm obviously better to stick with 0.05 until im more of an expert.

This reason I'm using is one sourced through a local supplier and is the brand you'd seen results from already. I have this and the abs like future purchases will likely just stick with the abs like.

But I'd like to know if it's obvious what I did wrong. I'm wishing I'd looked at the screen before turning it off now maybe it errored

So I have had 2 successful prints of this file while on 4.2.17, but I was having unrelated issues with, so I updated to 4.2.18 and now I have had 4 failures with both models in the print getting pulled of the supports on the file that worked perfectly file before this.

I am running Anycubic Grey resin around 70 degs

print settings are 0.025 with 11s exposure. and the last run i tried a different position and 0.05 at 18s exposure.

You can see it get to the parts of the model that have a wider surface area and these end up stick to the fep and tearing away from the supports.

Just made my first mini I am happy with. Didn't like the scale of the model so I put in mesh mixer and "heroiced" it. Increased the size of the legs, arms, and swords. Since these are meant to be my kids first army they needed to be a little more durable so I also removed the smaller hangy bits. I think the end result looks pretty good next to the real thing.

Hi All

I've been making some test prints in EasyCast and printed our Dragon Head 4 Times (first a Single print then 3 at the same time) and the single print and 2 of the triple print failed its the exact same fault.

in the Photo you can see on the top and bottom dragon the horns are missing , the rest printed fine.

Do faults like this point to a faulty mesh?

my printer has stopped going up and down during a print maybe 2/4 of the last prints i've done. it's exposing fine, the bed just isn't moving.

does anyone have any ideas what might cause this? perhaps a faulty usb connection? i ran the same gcode twice and it had the issue the first time and not the second, so i'm inclined to say it's not the fault of the code.

I know this is unfinished but I really wanted to share how well it is going. Daphne never looked sexier than this. I am trying an idea I read on here about using clear resin to fill in the connection cracks and so far looks good and will do a post about my findings on that another time. I will post the link in the comments...

Hello everyone, I'm planing on buying a Photon S but I'd like to know if anyone made a vent that could connect to a bathroom exhaust 3 inch tube with anti return to make sure the fumes won't go back in the bathroom but outside?

Looks like I’ve got some cutting to do, plus 3 blade masters drying and 2 shogun printing right now. I’ve got the shogun set up to be able to print 2 in 1h45. I’m pumped and excited for the next Titan Forge set.
