Excalibur Morgan from Fate/Heaven’s Feel, printed almost entirely* on my Photon S. Painted with Turbodork metallics.

*Originally printed everything on the Photon but I needed to reprint the handle and did it on my Phenom instead.

Just bought it, followed instructions(I thought), test print took 7 hours, I didn’t open it and it ended with a flat hex thing. Please help, how do I set this up so it works, also shouldn’t the uv light show on test print? Anybody outthere with bids for good exposure settings for Prima Creator Tough Light Grey resin or Wanhao White Water Washable resin?

I'm om the Photon S.

I keep getting failed prints with air bubbles or non connected surfaces. These stepped rings are only 2mm tall with a 1mm step.

Printing flat onto the bed at .1, I’ve increased the number of base layers from 5 to 8 to 10, increased exposure time from 8 to 10 to 11, increased light off time from 5 to 8 to allow resin to flow between layers and still the same issues.

Any thoughts?

Thank you, community, for guiding me from frequent failed prints to now quickly figuring out manual supports and orientation on full print-bed projects.

Seriously folks, watch the YouTube series. And do an exposure test. Just completed a second print run of tiny minis where I fit 10pcs on a print, flawless.

Hi everyone, hoping you can help.
Having a very strange problem with a few of my prints.
I’m getting holes running most of the way through the print in 2-3 areas of the print.

I say most of the way through because the bottom layers don’t have it.

It also seems to be happening on different parts of the print.

If it was all the way through, and consistently in the same place I’d guess at dead pixels, but it’s different places and not all the way through. It’s also not happening on every print which is even more perplexing ?‍♂️ .

Forgot to take a picture of the firmware version, but the printer was bought new in November 2018 and never had an update
