Thank you all for the add to the group I am brand new to resin printers I have been using cr10 printers wirh pla for a while now as all my work is 1:1 costumes and props so they do the job just fine. I now want to move into 1:6 and 1:4 toy and statue making and have some beginner questions i was hoping you all could answer for me as I was told these printers are by far the best quality for the price and all my google and YouTube research shows great quality prints

What is the difference between the photon and the photon S I don’t mind spending the 150.00 difference but is it actually worth it ?

Besides the printer is there any sort of clean up and UV set up you recommend

Hey guys, I've noticed a tolorance difference on a print where it has small gap about 1-2mm however on the print the gap is non-existent... Would this been down to the exposure time? I can't seem to find anything on Google relating to tolorance settings? Thanks!

Printing with anycubic aqua blue (because it was on sale) using the numbers from the google document but my prints are losing detail. They look glosses over. New to this, does that mean I’m over or underexposing the resin?

Hey fellow printers

My google fu fails me so I hope some of you fine people can help me.

I just finish a print and the bottom(closets to the build plate is sagging in the middle. It is only the first 5 ish mm that have this problem, the rest of the print is fine.

I printed 2 versions on with lots of support and one with less. But they both have this problem. The bottom is suppose to be straight, not curved

Within minuts our first print will start.
It all started with My wife building a model of our house, 1:10, and did not figure out how to make the last parts, the roof-tiles. As a good husband I googled, and found out about SLR-printing.
Long story short, we bought a Photon and today we bought the last bits of extra equipment needed (after days of reading all of yours tips and trix).
We will move the printer to our soon-to-be hobbyroom, but this will have to do for now:
(Next to the Photon is a air-purifier)

Feel really dumb for asking this but where can I get the firmware for the photon, the anycubic links from google go to 404 pages, the download option under their support tab has gone from their site.....Feel like im doing something wrong here....

Probably a stupid question aboit chitubox but Google wont tell me and stuffed if i can work it out ?‍♂️
