Anyhow with the help of my Photon, and clear resin, we now have a supply of Edwardian yard lamps for the goods yard. These are printed at 50 microns, 10 secs per layer with 8 x 50 sec base layers. The support cradles will be made from wire, and the posts modified commercial model ship gun barrels.

Added PLA, ABS, and PETG to the torsion tests.

Hint - PLA and ABS beat almost all resins. PETG is strong but too soft for this test. Only one resin was stronger than FDM on this test.

Hidey ho all - had my first settings(i think) fail today ☹️ tried a bottle of clear doing something simple the raft went down fine but then the rest just stuck to the FEP, im using the same settigs as forever (off the google doc) (0.02layer/7.5 on time/ 8 bottoms at 40 each) do i need to up the on time with clear?

anyone use anycubic white at a .025 res? what times are you using?

Have an extra countertop microwave sitting in the garage and had an idea to convert it to a UV Curing Station. Googled if such a thing has been done and sure enough, somebody did. Add 1 to my to-do list.

Hi All!

Second print with my AC Photon, first print with the provided green resin went great. I changed up to a grey AC resin and used the settings at the spreadsheet below. It seems like the print came out blobby, it's hard to see in the pics but the face on the miniature to the right is very bloated looking and not all of the supports are fully connected. I am thinking maybe they stuck to the bed.

Could this be over exposure? I verified the resin is 405nm and printed at .020 with an exposure time of 12

I have a problem with my workpiece first i use 0.02 setting from google sheet that post in this group with anycubic green resin that came with machine. My workpiece have a lot of detail but the print did not came out good than I expected,does is it limit of detail that photon can do or i have to change some setting . Another problem is bubble ,how can i solve that ? I try to print tester for resin in 25um but nothing show ,how to fix this .Sorry for my bad English
