Hi everyone,
Does any one know what is the projection power for the UV light in Photon S? As far as I know it’s light power is higher that the original which means that it supposed to be faster. There is a spreadsheet of the resin settings for the original Photon but I couldn’t find any similar information for Photon S. Does anyone know how to compare the exposure settings of Photon to Photon S? Thanks

I just tried installing my new LCD I bought front epax3d and it looks a bit different than the original. The back is silver instead of blackish. Is there a protective screen? I tried to see itlf there was but didn't seem to have any. I tried plugging it in and it didnt work. The square on the UV test still doesn't appear.

My first attempt with cast able resin. Can't wait to see how it does in casting. Printed at .025mm layer thickness, 8 layer base, 50 second base and 10 second layers. 3 rings in all took about 5 hours to run. Ultrasonic rinse in IPA then UV cured for about 15 minutes.

I saw the bottom fan of the Photon Classic is a 60mm fan x 10mm depth. Clearance space till the uv heatsink is about 19-20mm. Any tips on replacing this fan? Is noisy as hell.... Saw a few Noctua 92mmx15mm and 120x15mm but i dont know how to properly adapt it to the bottom chasis vent holes. Cant find a proper and slim 3-4mm adapter either!

Hello all, just replaced my 2k lcd screen after having the fep leak and fuse itself to the lcd. Running the 4.2.17 AA f/w. I have tried to blow off lcd connections/ clean. Tried a few other legacy f/w's to no avail. Last one was 4.2.12. This last time got the error down to just the t_100. In all cases the uv detection does not work(no mask). Has anyone run into this before? Should I assu.e my lcd is DOA?

Love this UV pen light for spot fixes. The Uber thin leg part broke as I was trying to clean the model. I am amazed that it printed so well on my Photon as well.
It's a Portable Turret without side pieces.

Strya Blu for a replacement door latch on a rubbermaid shed.

The version installed has hooks to lock it in. Works well enough I dont want to remove it to paint. So test will include ambient outdoor uv exposure over time as well. :)

Its covered by trees pretty well so not *direct* sunlight.

My quick an dirty UV curing chamber. A metal can from ravioli with about 2.5 m UV-LED stripe clued inside as a helix and a 12V wall power supply. Only 8 EUR of cost and 20 minutes work!
