so less than a week into printing on my new photon, I have doh! moment.

I had replaced my FEP sheet because the original had a gouge in it, but when putting my new FEP in, i neglected to read the instructions fully and didn't remove the protective film that was covering it...

boy, do I feel stupid!!! hoping that now that I have rectified this, my adhesion issues and failed prints will occur far less often...

I wanted to test the monocure rapid grey and decided to try something I have seen others have success with. So I got the file from thingiverse, but it was the one that some bloke had already done the supports on. The thing is, he had also hollowed it. I didn't take that into consideration when I set it up to print at 50% (just over 60mm tall),and did one at 25% also. I guess the walls just got too damn thin lol.

Printed on my S. .02 layers with 6s exp, 5 base, 60s base exp, and 1s off time.

This machine blows me away man.

Hi guys what resins can I buy in Australia that work just as good as the anycubic resin green.

Anycubic resin on ebay AU is so hard to get I mean really hard.

Been using monocure3d rapid grey and i like it but I'm still struggling with it.

Looking at Esun any good reviews.

After seeing Greg Kourakos post these mini's using Elegoo grey, I had to have them. I wasn't having a lot of luck finding undead I liked. Thank you, Greg.
Printed with Monocure Rapid grey and Vallejo grey surface primer. Settings: 0.04, 1, 10, 70, 8. No supports, but used photon validator to fix a few pixels.
