How often do you need to bed level? Obviously in FDM you do it all of the time, but what about for this little thing?

Head and hands done in resin (photon), torso and legs done in FDM (Chiron). Still post processing and painting to do, but pretty stoked with it.

Thank you for the add. My photon will be at my door tomorrow and I am very excited. Own multiple FDM printers but this will be my first SLA. I have taken some points from others posts and ordered a salad spinner and a UV nail curer. Are there any other tips that anyone can give me to help me set it up and get it running good?

Has anyone tried printing open lock dungeon tiles with the photon? I know its not cost effective but 7 wall tiles in 2h30m is way better than 1 tile on the fdm at 2h30m.

If so will they print straight on the bed with no support?

I envy people with the room for more than one printer. I’d love to learn FDM for larger structures, but I am competing for space already. Never thought a 3d printer would be the reason I would want a house...

Supports for DLP Printing:
So, I can tell when a FDM print will need supports, im new to DLP and excuse the novice question, but with DLP, would it be safe to assume that if a FDM print would need supports a DLP print would need them too? Or does DLP have lesser or stricter needs for supports?

Been a long time user of fdm.. Really wanted to get into SLS but thinking I'd like to try SLA.. What kinda difference in the print times Compared to a regular prusa running at 40mms.. Doea the resin go yellow and brittle if left in the sun? How would you rate the strength to PLA?
