Not completely verified but putting this out there, so that we can get more data.
There's probably a change in the formulation for anycubic's basic green resin.
These past few weeks there have been reports of the green resin having a difference in colour and more importantly, a difference in performance.
This different green resin is now probably being included as the sample resin for new printers.
Anecdotal evidence indicates this new green may need a longer exposure time.
The lattice cube test file included with every new Photon doesn't seem to have the settings updated to account for this. It is still sliced for 10 seconds exposure.
If your test print is failing (and you're certain your build plate is well leveled), please try manually changing the normal exposure to 18 seconds.
You can do this by starting the print, press the gear (settings) icon, and change normal exposure to 18. Leave all other settings as is.
If you have recently received a new Photon, or new green resin, please let us know how your prints came out. Thank you.
Edit:
Please check if there's a date printed on your bottle of green resin, or not, either way please post and let us know.
