A boring sped up video of me sanding my build plate, as you can see, the bed doesnt appear to be completely flat on mine and the sides have a slight curve outwards. this might contribute to issues with models not adhering towards the edges of the bed as well as LCD dimming.

Great how to video by Fabien Principe on disassembling the build plate, cleaning and reseating. This can fix issues with wobbly print heads and leveling. Thank you sir! what a awesome community here.

My current post print workflow with Monocure rapid grey - container 1: Warm water + Laundry liquid+baking soda - Container 2: Warm water - Container 3: empty - IPA in Spray bottle
- Remove print into Warm soapy water - Rinse and rub surface gently with gloves on a few times - inspect model and remove supports, remove some zits with finger nails - Rinse and rub where zits were to smooth. - Using soft toothbrush gently scrub print, pay attention to cavities, dip brush into soap solution. - repeat until all supports are removed, at this stage the print should still feel smooth and soft. - Rinse any soap off in clean warm water, at this stage the print should feel matte and sanded, inspect for any missed supports and repeat soap water if needed. - Once you are happy with support removal - Spray the model down generously with IPA and use toothbrush again gently. The print should again be smooth with IPA. ( use container 3 to catch IPA. and dip brush into the IPA while you scrub. ) - Rinse in clean warm water, repeat IPA and water 2-3 times until you are happy. - remove any water left on print with cotton buds, paper towel, compressed air, breath before curing. - cure under sunlight on rotating solar power plate.

Just printed a great vat cover on my FDM printer, fits like a glove, a must print if you have another printer. I've been using just a piece of cardboad for a few weeks lol. https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2837171

Sharing this with my favorite Photonsters, A Asterix inspired Cesar bust, search in the group for 'cesar bust' for some photos. its hollow but I recommend supports and printing on angle as there is no 2nd vent hole. Enjoy! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sGubx0GVAZA&feature=youtu.be

Would members be willing to contribute funds for an 'independent' laboratory air test? of the printer in operation over several hours. To test air quality as a by product of the UV curing process of the resin.
