Just printed this out for a customer. I still need to do a little cleanup, but its pretty much done. I designed it myself for those of you wondering.

What brand of clear resin (that doesn't become too cloudy when cured under a UV light) would ya'll recommend? I designed windows for this print, however I want to make sure that I can actually use clear resin to make windows before I start prototyping. If I cant find a resin that is clear enough post curing, then I will just make a mold of the windows and make castings with non-resin printer clear resins.

After multiple attempts to get the new Anycubic green resin to work, I have come up empty handed. The only successful print I had with the new resin was at 50 microns. When I first got the resin, I tried using it with the original print settings at 20 microns, however it failed to print properly. After asking around, I used the information I got to tweak the settings to hopefully make the print finally come out perfectly at 20 microns. Even after that, only the door and chair printed out. Just to make sure that my bed wasn't unlevel, I immediately cleaned the FEP and print bed and started the same print with the older Anycubic green resin at 20 microns with the original settings. Sure enough, it printed out perfectly. I recommend that you stay away from the new Anycubic green resin based on my experience, at least until people have had enough time to experiment with it and find the right exposure settings. I will be replacing the newer green resin with the Anycibic grey resin.

So, I just ordered a 500g bottle of green resin, and it is a different shade of green compared to the green resin I was given with my printer. I just did a print, and the print failed. I looked at the bottle and noticed that the exposure time was different than the original one I have. So my question is that if I am doing a 20 micro layer height print, what should the settings look like (exposure time, layers, etc). I do not want to have another failed print, because I really do not like having to clean up the mess that results from one.

Well, I still need to edit the model so the rear wheel rolls, but I am very happy that the front ones roll easily! However, I do need to push down on the car a little because of how light it is, lol.

Finally, after multiple fails, I was able to fix the problems with my print bed. Now I just need to print out the wheels (will actually roll), seat and steering wheel and column. This is 1:64 scale for those of you wondering, also, I designed this model.

So I have a question. The first print I did of this completely failed, for the bottom layers stocked to the plastic screen. The second time around, the car printed out flawlessly, however the door (which was to the side) did not print, and like the first time, got stuck to the plastic screen. Any ideas on what the problem could be?
