hi all got my printer today. cannot get a single print. i have levelled it over 30 times now. and i am starting to get frustrated. so i went to the 0 just now and thought maybe something is clashing and the plate isnt actually reaching 0 it seems i am right, i took the built plate off while leaving the arm at 0 and tried putting the resin vat in and it wont go all the way in... how can i solve this? and is this likely to be my issue or am i being daft. never had problems with FDM and this is my first resin printer, please help
