Had a problem with a print. Sorry for not having pictures. the print ended up elongated, it looked like the layers were coming apart a bit, then pressed back together. I thought maybe it was a fluke so printed again and this time it didn't stay connected to the print bed at all.
I decided to do an exposure test since I hadn't with this resin yet (monocure rapid red). When it finished, I noticed a good chunk of the test was completely unreadable. Basically print bed not level (though it had been working fine for a long time). I decided to relevel it and do another exposure test. Same issue. Upon inspection, there was a good amount of resin that had leaked through the FEP do to a tiny tear. I cleaned the screen really well and decided to replace the FEP.
After replacing the FEP I leveled it again and did another print test. Still errors. I'm thinking its the resin now. I switched to Monocure rapid blue and did a print test. This time it seems it printed entirely, though maybe a little lighter on the lower numbers? (hard to get spatula under on that side and took specific angles to see the numbers 1 and 2).
I'm trying the print again in blue. What else should I do? Could it be something I'm missing?
