Just finished some updates to the Photon. Z-Axis mod was done shortly after getting the printer, meant I had to redesign the blower to be offset to avoid clashing with the wider z-axis carrier.
Starting point for the parts were: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3318738 and https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3681435
A 3D printed piece of ducting connects from print area outlet to rear panel of the electronics bay. Reinforced mounts (brass flanged inserts) allow a plate with the bayonet fit filter to be bolted in place and allows the filter to be fitted close the back of the unit.
Upgraded the UI to enable ethernet so added that to the rear panel.
Whilst in the electronics bay I upgraded the 60mm UV lamp fan to a slower 100mm one reducing the noise the unit makes but maintaining good airflow. Added a temperature sensor to the UV lamp heatsink and ran the wiring up for the (to be built) temperature and lamp runtime display.
First test of new setup last night went well, unit is much quieter and noticeable less stinky. :-) 翻譯年糕

After a year and a half of problems, like two new mainboard boards malfunctioning and 3 new LCDs, I gave up and switched to elegoo that I'm happy with the quality of the machine. Well, since I don't send anything to the trash here I leave you a video of the alternative to anycubic functions, a UV drying box is what anycubic is for. and who need parts to replace I sell.

So, I took yall advice to get my prints to stick (running one now and waiting in anxiety) but now I've noticed that when the bed rises between layers I hear a popcorn popping noise. Is that normal?

My first (partially) successful print. Out of four rims three stuck to the bed and one, shown here, did not. I will add supports next time to avoid this.

However this is not the problem, rather the sticky touch and that white stuff ( I hope it is visible in the photos).

Cleaned with isopropanol directly after printing and hardened with UV light for about an hour.

What am I doing wrong?

PS. I am using 4x9 W UV lamps to cure.
