Sharon Apple Virturoid from Macross Plus. File from thingiverse, hollowed and printed at .03 in Monocure Grey.

When it printed it had a few little defects due to air bubbles in my roughly shaken resin (my bad), also it come close to detaching from the plate due to suction. If I ever print another I think I would want to tweak the base layers or not be lazy with supports. I printed it flat on the plate to avoid post cleanup but of course that meant there was no way for the hole to allow suction release. Remember guys always think about hollow models and suction issues when you set up your prints.

Looks kind of good with some paint on though.

I looked on the community spreadsheet, but I didn't see Digital Forge 3D resin listed or tested. They have some lofty claims (40% more prints from the same volume of resin) Has anyone tried this yet?

My first print using esun water washable resin. No settings changes, levelled the bed add the resin and hoped. The smell is minimal and cleaning was a breeze with water.

Original photos n. Replaced the screen after the cable detached from the top side when the screen was stuck the the bottom of the vat.

Put in the replacement, but it was making a weird grinding noise and it wasn't printing correctly. Reattached cable and checked, and now when trying to do the uv detection, it seems to just be the backlight showing.

Where do I go from here?

looking for recommendations! Just got my printer- resin is on the way (anycubic UV sensitive resin 405nm). Any links for LED strip/ UV light source for curing station? What should I look for to make sure it can cure any resin i use? (Ill prob try multiple brands/types ect) thanks in advance!
