Just bought today an Anycubic Photon from the Anycubic site but I'm reading a lot of bad comments related to shipping. Is this true? should i go ahead and cancel, wait for black friday and buy amazon or somewhere else?

Hi, I bought Anycubic resin through 3dprintersbay, received an email from Anycubic saying the resin is being sent, been 3 weeks, no resin, no tracking number from either Anycubic or 3dprintersbay and only one reply from Amber at Anycubic ..... anybody with similar experiences here?

Hi all, I need to do a rough quick part print at 0.1mm in Elegoo grey, there aren't any settings in the database file and I can't run tests as my printer is busy, the deadline looms so I hope you may be able to help me out.

So far I've been getting good results at 0.02 layers, 14 seconds and 4 base layers at 115 seconds, can anyone give me a rough idea of what to change for these thicker layers? The parts are tall and thin (3mm) and I hope to print them direct on the build plate as they'll need the full height available.

Ran out of resin ? So resorted to making a piece from the shitmix dump bottle where I've been pouring the dregs of bottles and trays that weren't enough to make things with alone. Frankly, I'm amazed it's working, even if it'll look like shit from the plasticine effect ? didn't dial it in with testing just winged it at 11 sec exposure on 50 micron layers ? It's an internal feature for a Lithopane light box, so it'll be invisible once assembled.

Needed to use up more resin, so I printed my Hoggle model really quickly. 0.05mm layer height (so not even that detailed).

It's so tiny!!!

so when i first joined this group a few weeks ago there was a article on how the new Photons are using cheaper parts and they not as good as they were before a certain model. That if you order today and get one with a firmware version of like 1.31 or something (not sure exact firmware version) that its not as good as the older ones. Any truth to that? Anyone bought one recently and having issues?
