I have an FDM printer :D All the ones on Thingiverse are for other Photon models that have bigger vats.

James Turner Nope its a bit smaller, about 15% so I am going to shrink one of the stands I found on Thingiverse by 15% and see how it goes!

I'm hoping someone can help me. I've got this flicker on the right side of my LCD screen. Any ideas for a fix or should I pull the trigger on ordering a replacement? I've already updated the firmware and checked that the ribbon cable to the screen is secure.

The 4 base parts took about 12 hours if I remember right - hollowed and printed 2 parts at a time - around 6 hours per plate.

Hey all.
Never had an issue like this before but I set a print off last night.
It got about half way and the printer seemed to freeze and was still and not moving when I got to it this morning and the screen was frozen.
I restarted it cleaned the bed and such.
Went to print again and nothing came up in the to print area.
Changed usb, same thing.

Any ideas?

Photon s. Less then a year old.

Most photon owners use photon to slice the files. But you can use Chitubox or Prusa for setting support and then save as stl you import into photon.

Anyway, set supports and orientation in Chitubox, exported to .stl, opened it in Photon Studio, sliced, saved as pw0 - it is printing now :)

Just started my 2nd bottle of resin. Both anycubic green resin, but the resin of the new bottle is much darker. Has this occured to some of you too? What's up with this?

Could be difference in thickness(of the miniature themselves), or even that there was possibly more green added to the bottle than the original.

It´s not the thickness of the miniature. I have some bigger prints with the first resin that are exactly like the left one. the resin itself is darker. Did anycubic change the color at some point or is it always a little different from batch to batch? Maybe it´s just a mishap in the factory and they added to much pigment in this bottle, like you said.

Hey Guys,

I‘m in this group since a long time. I have an Anycubic Photon S with the newest Softwareupdate on it.

The printer is absolutely great but there is a problem since the last few prints.

I have two times layershifts in my prints. always at the same hight. See the picture.

I can not find the origin of this problem. the z-axis have no problems.

Could someone give me an hint what I could do to solve this problem?

Thoughts on what went wrong here. The supports on the legs are the same and the model is at a consistent angle. But one toe and leg is mangled while the other is perfect. Checked the lcd and all is good no dead spots. My son is happy says it looks like battle damage just want to avoid more "accidental weathering".
