Hey guys, I know most people already have there setups, but I thought I would recommend this. I know some people use lunch trays but I found these on amazon and they've been fantastic. It's a two pack and since it's silicone, nothing sticks to them. Hi all. I’m currently in the process of building an enclosure that powers the printer, heater, white leds for working on printer and eventually the top section will have UV leds and be used as a curing chamber ... I have it all running from a 30a 12v PSU. I get a weird whine but only in certain situations. If the heater is on a heating cycle and I press pause on the printer, as soon as the heating cycle finishes , it whines. If the heater is off and I turn on the white lights, I get a whine. Would this be coil whine from the PSU or feedback from the printer itself. Thanks in advance. ( and for the people who suggest a heater isn’t needed, mine is in a garage that has repeatedly been in the minus Celsius over the last few months)

Can someone help me understand this
I'm thinking column 8 is the best but I'm not understanding how to get normal exposure and base exposure times

Would it be 16sec exposure and 100 sec base exposure

Update print came out okay but the supports seemed to hold strong to the model should I lower exposure theb

Already made one dumb question, time to make another. In the Google spreadsheet this group manages, the suggested time for curing clear resin at .02mm is 30 seconds of exposure, 110 seconds of bottom exposure. This seems excessive. It also takes what could be a 3hr print and makes it 7hrs. Is that an error?

How often do you split minis for easier supporting/printing? One of the reasons I haven't been printing as often lately is because supporting can take so long and I have run into issues with chitubox saving supports. I would like to try splitting my stl files more often but am concerned about visible lines on the print where it's split.

Thoughts? Experience?
