Ok continuing from my last post. We may be onto the troubleshooting the human error possibility. I tried printing out some gun barrels. Quick and easy print. I had just updated my firmware because of what I believed were slicing issues. This is what happened... I’m totally confused. It looks like my entire lcd is lighting up at the end of a print. Has anyone had any experience with this?

Sorry if this is a stupid question. I’m replacing the fan at the base of the Photon. But I can’t remember if the fan is suppose to be pushing or drawing air. ???

2 questions ive seen the answers before but could not find them. I'm using anycubic green but its a bit brittle I'm trying to find something to mix with it that will make my minis stronger. Also someone mentioned FEP film that you could buy in a roll instead of sheets. If anyone could help me with info or links thx.

Does anyone have a technical support number ? I keep trying to open a ticket and all the support page do is rotate the Verification Code. I need to wipe my USB clean and reload the software that came with it as apparently I've wound up with a slightly used machine with a corrupted USB. Thanks.
