Hi,
Anyone tryed print custom vat? I will design one today, becouse this will be easier to have multiple vats, and a lot cheaper than original :P
What do you think about Epax style vat? I mean, there are single frame, not like 2 separated like in photon. Is this design better or worse, and why?

Hey there! I just bought a Photon S in November, but I don't foresee myself getting to use it for various reasons. I live in an apartment and should have done some more research into how much space and venting it would require. Plus, we'll be moving out of state within the next 6 months and I'd rather not risk it getting damaged. Im trying to do my first "large" print on an anycubic photon. Im not quite sure how many base layers to do, or how long I should be setting my exposure with anycubic clear resin. I want to print the mz4250 ice devil. I have all my supports placed and ive ran it through the photon file validator too. But I doubt that 6 base layers will be enough to hold this to my plate with it being almost 1700 layers. Are there any suggestions? Link for reference.

I've downloaded the newest firmware files from Anycubic's page, put them on a thumbdrive (after unzipping), and attempted to "print" them to update my machine. I get failures. I've done searches and watched the videos, not overly sure what I am doing wrong. Help please, thanks.

24 blasters

All but the two on the end printed perfectly.... ?

The two in the close up failed for some reason.

Update( Found two others that failed...but differently)

Fluke? Or something else?

UPDATE:

So I did the print again, with almost identical results.
Two in the "center area" (both Imperial Blasters) and the one on the outside. (I replaced the other on the outside with something else, and that printed fine)

A friend of mine asked me to check the orientation on a print he was trying to make and sent me this Ocarina. Needless to say I had to print it.
