Keep in mind that what has evaporated is the alcohol.
The water will more or less all still be there, so your alcohol concentration has gone way down if you're at 1/5 volume now.

If you're doing a 2-stage rinse (I highly recommend doing so), then these leftovers would be a great 1st stage rinse.
A 2-stage rinse actually makes your clean IPA go further and let's you use your dirty IPA longer too.

I been using mean green for the wash and I spray ipa on it and wipe off before I cure it it works like a charm and u dont waist the ipa

I'd say you should try taking the plate apart first, a lot of people say that there are some inner screws becoming loose

i will do this but I still want to get a better plate levelling system. the ball join is not as good as the custom ones people have made.

The plate will become loose if you get resin in the joint. Its a good idea to take it to pieces and clean with acetone (acetone eats resin much better than ipa).

well I pulled it apart and cleaned it so that did fix the wiggling issue, I still want a machined easy leveler though. doesn't someone want my money?!

Thanks a lot, where do you get this model, what the size of alien and what layer height did you used?

It's on Cults3d and Thingyverse...I just searched Alien and Xenomorph. Height of model came out to 10cm. Used 0.020 layer height. 60sec bottom, 8 sec normal, 1 sec off, 5 bottom layers. Esun white water washable.

The flat base and the tiny pedestal were done using Fusion 360. Then the tiny supports trees were added using Chitubox.

I heard windshield wiper fluid works, because it has methyl alcohol in it.

Simple Green, Mean Green, and Acetone will work. The "greens" will take a little longer than alcohol to get everything off, and work best if you use it in conjunction with a toothbrush to remove the remaining resin. For Acetone, it cleans even better than IPA, but you need to wear rubber (not nitrile) gloves and use it in a well ventilated space

Coffee filters do work great, but you *neeeeeed* to let the sediment settle out of the alcohol for a day or two. Otherwise it will clog the filter up almost immediately. Let it settle, carefully pour the now-cleaner alcohol off the top of the container, and then flush/dump the goo out last.
