我猜的啦.

應該不是只有其中一種PLA原料去做的, 因為有各種不同的缺點要去克服, 甚至可能會有一些非PLA的少量添加劑也說不定.

重點是這是拿來給3D印表機用的, 要擠出成1.75mm或3mm的細線並捲在線軸上, 那就要符合這個用途做出適用的線材..

有調配比例的，看你有特別需要甚麼參數在私訊我好了~

各位可以發現有奇妙的紋路, 那是什麼原因造成的, 我也不知道, 只知道每次印都會出現.

另外印這個其實對3D印表機考驗不小... 因為是薄壁的結構.
可以把它當成對自己跟3D印表機的考試.

如果用PLA印應該會簡單些吧?

那材料跟PLA比的差異在哪邊呢??打磨會比較好處理嗎PLA好男磨..

終於搞定拉!!

1.奇妙的紋路，有可能是因為我其實上蓋不是一個平面，而是兩個三角形(沒畫好)。路徑造成
2.原本厚度1mm，我降到0.5/0.6。(可以看到上面環型還是1mm)。原因1為了速度2是為了美觀。我以為這樣支撐力是夠的
3.我印pla幾乎100%成功捏.....birm不用 raft不用，原本有開meshmix的holder結果磨的半死。

我有嘗試自己畫.為了求快速列印.壁厚只設0.8.....果然印起來很慘...我覺得要設1.6以上會比較穩定一點~

PETG, 嗯~~雖然基本上是不一樣的東西(連回收分類都不一樣), 不過跟PET(寶特瓶的材料)感覺很像, 很多化粧品的透明瓶子或透明水壺是PETG做的.切削的感覺跟打磨的感覺很像PET.

如果說PLA像玻璃, 那PETG比較像鋼鐵, 更有韌性, 也比較軟.

PETG抗彎曲強度是PLA的12倍，耐熱可達90度C!

上次有個鋁合金行李箱版...希望下次有24K的小七版...XD

這是分8次印，在黏起來的。四支腳各一次，藍色及綠色各分兩層。種高度大概60公分。

可以同比例稍微縮小。我都是站著印。

只勾spiralize就好，第二個選項不要勾，那是指印表面而已

他印出來的壁厚固定0.4嗎?

不太清楚耶，不知道從哪為跳這設定

我有找到資料他寫:Spiralize -> 花瓶功能，模型會以單層殼厚的方式進行列印。有底，沒有封頂。

感覺固定每層只跑一次.理論上不會比0.4厚才對

應該是，我有觀察到他繞一圈Z軸就上升0.1

如果能控制壁厚應該會更實用~

你可以試用一下，我是沒試過拉，把Spiralize關掉，然後把填充密度改為0%，裡面的選項把頂層勾掉，這樣看layout圖好像有異曲同工之妙，而且應該會吃到你自己設的壁厚

How many people want this machine in your community . If you can buy ten machines. I believe delrin v-wheels are not a problem. you can ask them provide you for free. Or you want to collect the elements then build a CR-7 by your own!! LOL~

what is the average price of V-slot 3d printer you can get?

Yes, I want to build my own machines, better parameters, bigger size, auto leveling, or something very similar... average price is around 300usd, but whan I will buy parts...price can be around 200usd? not sure...
