元力智庫正式成為SpiderMaker官方材料經銷夥伴!

台灣3D列印界或許還沒注意到SpiderMaker，但一定都認識Infinity3DP。元力智庫自2016年在集資平台「嘖嘖」推出優質的3D列印機X1後一炮而紅，經過兩年的市場考驗規模也越發茁壯。

[SpiderMaker生產品質數據展示]

Hi 各位版友周末好!
先前我在社團中提過幾件事: (a)生產品質數據展示 (b)香港版友購買渠道 (c)大包裝(2.5kg)版本 (d)2.85mm線徑版本。這篇先說明品質:

最近生產線好不容易抽出空檔做了一批消光黑線材，我請資訊設定產線數據輸出頻率設定為每秒一筆，原始數據共採計1300多筆。

3D列印線材業界的共識是1.75 +/- 0.05mm，線徑要在1.70~1.80之間。SpiderMaker的消光系列偏差小的誇張。標準差(可視為隨機取樣數據與目標值的偏差)到小數點下三位，到達1.75 +/- 0.006mm水準。最大和最小線徑與目標也僅差0.02(1.77)與0.01mm(1.74)，1300多筆數據全部在規格內，良率為100% ?

"波動度"是我自己定義的品質指標，代表[兩相鄰連續數據的差值的絕對值]，因為這是對使用者來說最有感的品質差異 ? 。舉例來說,假設有一組數據是1.71/1.73/1.75/1.77/1.79，平均是1.75，但排列若是1.71 /1.79/1.73/1.77/1.75，你在列印中就會經歷到流量遽變(1.71-->1.79差了0.08)。SpiderMaker的平均波動度是相當有水準的0.006。

上述說明白話點總結就是:「SpiderMaker消光系列的線徑又準又穩，穩到你察覺不到變化!」 ?
