明新科技大學不僅提供專業知識給學生 日前明新機械系更在校園裡裡建置了一個智慧工廠 讓學生了解工廠的資訊如何流通 提前踏入物聯網世代的腳步 現在讓小編來介紹明新大學的智慧工廠吧~ 物料會依序經過打磨機、Delta繪圖機、Staubi雷雕機和鎖螺絲機台進行組裝 首先打磨機的機器人會先夾取物件到指定位子進行打磨,並快速旋轉料件,使工件的每一個面都充分的磨光 再由Delta機器人透過示教器規劃夾取路線,繪出指定圖示 接著使用雷雕機的機器人會使用智能相機,在產品上精準的對位並雷雕 最後由鎖螺絲機將對產品鎖付螺絲 機器人前端會透過快速換轉機構,轉換夾爪與螺絲槍 機台與機台之間的傳遞更可以透過AMR傳遞 是不是很酷呢! ?? 產品資訊:

Recently, a smart factory was built on campus.
Let students know how the factory information is transferred and enter the IoT generation in advance. Let me introduce the smart factory of MUST University now~ The materials are assembled through Grinding machine, Delta plotter, Staubi laser engraving machine and lock screw machine. First, the robot of the Grinding machine will pick up the object to the specified position for grinding, and rotate the material quickly so that each surface is fully polished.
Then the Delta robot uses the Teaching Pendant to plan the route and draw the specified icon.
Then the robot using the laser engraving machine smart camera to accurately align and sharpen the product.
