from system equipment/ electrical industry equipment or even from traditional tooling machine industry who has whole system electrical integration experience could be the GOOD candidates. (系統電路整合)
Job Description:
The Electrical Design Engineer is responsible for the specification, design, realization and qualification of the electrical infrastructure and electrical (sub) modules.
The electrical infrastructure consists of the complete electrical path from sensor/actuator towards I/O and/or computational racks, meaning:
• All cabling from sensors/actuators up to I/O and/or computational racks(cable overview and detailed wiring diagrams)
• Connection plates/boxes
• Computational, Motion Control and Power Electronics racks
• I/O racks (rear panels and/or backplanes)
Experience
At least 3-5 year experience in electrical system integration.
Has the experience for using ACAD, E-plan or other software to proceed the equipment electrical system design
Has knowledge of electrical connection methods, AC and DC power distribution and signal transmission(DI/DO, remote IO, AD/DA).
Has knowledge on EMC and electrical safety (International (IEC) standards, US standards (NFPA, UL))
Has knowledge on integration of all kind of sensors into system( Pressure, vacuum, positioning sensors)
Has technical knowledge of cabling concepts, connectivity concepts, EMC, safety.
