Hello new photon owner here.
I’ve done a ton of researching and looked over almost the entire photonsters website and several Chitubox YouTube videos and altered the supports settings accordingly in anticipation of the machine arriving but the one thing I can’t find are the settings options for exposure time etc. Can anyone help me out ?
I’ve added the normal photon option in chitubox but I’m not sure if that’s right.

Oh I’ve also got all the relevant protection and curing stuff either now or incoming too as well as a curing box so it’s basically the settings I’m missing to start up

I'm trying to print this part, I have it set at a 20 degree angle on the bed, it comes off the print non warped. Can anyone give me any ideas why its warping after the fact? I washed it in IPA for like 5 min, which I know isn't enough but I don't think that would warp it like that. It has been uv cured for like 1 min on each side. Thanks in advance.

tried a new litho with anycubic white and had some aqua blue bleed over, not sure why as the vat was cleaned before start, the only thing I can think of is that cleaning in the previously used IPA led to bleed over. still turned out decent.

Soooo frustrating seeing all you lucky people doing such fab things with your Photons
! Need to vent my frustration and hopefully get some positive vibes from you all !

I joined this group (and Photon S) as soon as I ordered, and in anticipation of my new toy/Photon S arrival that I ordered off eBay via Anycubic in Czech. I also bought a sh*t load of other associated “kit”, including 1.5L of Anycubic resin, a big box of army painter acrylics, 5L of alcohol, UV nail curing kit, massive boxes of gloves and paper towels, assorted paint brushes, modelling tools etc.

Sadly I seem to have been somewhat hasty as the courier company (DHL/4PX) a few days after my purchase stamped their tracking as “delivered” to some bloke called Herr Cosmin, by the looks of it in Germany (I’m in the UK ! ). 2 and a half weeks on, and despite the fact the parcel appears not to have left Germany, let alone been delivered to the UK, I’m having to wait for the protracted process of formally logging the parcel as not delivered (not helped by Anycubic doing nothing for a week due to national holiday). I’m now told I have to wait another 15 days while DHL are to investigate.

I’m really hoping this isn’t indicative of Anycubic’s customer service. Am I just really unlucky or have others experienced issues ??

Oh I also spent more money and signed up for a few miniatures Patreon’s ...seems I really jumped the gun and just keeping fingers firmly crossed that Anycubic sort this out and don’t leave me in the lurch. From what I’ve seen the Photon is an amazing bit of kit...just need to actually receive it !?

Using anycubic bio pink resin.

How do you clean your parts?

Do you wash with IPA, and how long should i submerge the part? Should I scrub excess resin down before or after IPA bath?

Hello community, any Elegoo resins consumers here?

just a dumb question: does your prints also have this "opaque" effect? It's Elegoo ABS-like Red, washed in IPA in ultrasonic cleaner, dryed with compressed air and cured for half an hour per side but I don't like this matt effect ?

Struggling to get a decent picture but rather pleased with this: 0.02, Sirayatech Blu at 30C, auto supports Prusa Slicer plus a couple of manual. Used IPA wash, clean(er) IPA wash, hot water soak for support removal, cured under hot water. Model by Lion Tower Miniatures “Barbarian Dragon Slayer”. Looks awesome to my eye but the phone photos just aren’t all that great.

Hey there! Bit of a lengthy post, but we have some exciting news coming from the Dread Forge!
A new tier has risen from it's grave to give more power to the patrons! We are introducing the Abomination Word Game for the Abomination tier and above. The way the game works is we will create a post sometime within the first week of the month in which the patrons can comment one word. These words will be put into a hat, skull, open grave, etc. to be pulled out at random. (10) words will be selected and put up for a poll. The top (3) voted words will be used to create an exclusive Abomination Miniature .
This miniature will be accessible for the Abomination tier and above! This is your time to be creative and feel free to make it challenging for us!
The first game will be run this November to allow for people to decide if they would like to join this tier or above to participate.
Here is a sample concept that I drew as an example from random words we got from friends. I present to you the Fairy Booger Organ abomination.
Our starter kit and October pack are currently available over on our Patreon. Exclusive Halloween themed miniatures are coming this week to The Armored Dead tiers and above!

Having a very weird problem. I have just started a fresh batch of Elegoo grey and it's printing fine. I have used Elegoo grey before and had no problems. However, it just won't post cure at all, and remains sticky even after days in the curing chamber.

My curing chamber hasn't changed, UV lights haven't changed, never had any issues before. The lights emit 400-405 nm.

I have changed my IPA out for fresh and also emptied the resin out, cleaned the vat and added fresh resin. Still my prints won't post cure properly.

Previous batch of resin was Elegoo Black and I had no problems. As I said, I have also used Grey with no problems.

Any ideas?
