everithing is checked , bed is leveled, Z column baze is milled and squared,Z column is perfect 90 degres with screen. Lots of test (8-10) with Prusa tough resin grey and clear Aycubic Resin, same result. new usb flash drive format 32 , latest firmware to photon, latest Chitubox. My prints? Very detailed, good adesion to bed, huge geometry problems, instead of 90 deg to a normal cube it`s a romboidal box, surface problems inclusiv z wobble. Any advice? 翻譯年糕

This cube was a test for my FDM printer which I scaled down to exactly 1cm sides.

Stuck directly to plate as I don't care about elephant foot.

Z dimension is exactly 1cm, X and Y are 1.03cm. I know prints off the photon (S) are not supposed to be 100% dimensionally exact because resin can expand and/or contract, yet is there a way to make the object more reliably dimensioned without scaling XY to 97%? (if it's even proportional and constant depending on the object size)

I could try lowering the exposure time to see if it was because of the bleeding, yet for now getting your input is faster than another 2hrs print at 0.02mm layer height ;)

Hello, maybe similar question was asked before but I can't find it on a group.

Is there any test of different brands resins which could be used to Anycubic Photon S? Some "Top 10" or comparison test between Elegoo and Anycubic Resins?

Gree resin, 0.020mm, I need to create some small rings with many details, which config should I use? It seems 2 exposure is the answer, I don't know If I am doing this right tho.
