Hey everybody. Printed my first test item today, but I am not sure what is going on with the base of this model. What am I missing?

Using AnyPhoton Eco Green Resin:
.08 thickness
16s exposure time
3s off time
70s Bottom Exposure time
4 Bottom layers
Nothing separated as far as I can tell during print and model was secured to the build plate very well.

So,last year( well last night) drunk Me overfilled my vat with resin.It's all the way up to the screws..ooooops.Whats the best way to clean it , a isopropyl alcohol bath?.Or should i strip it down then clean it?

Hi lads, tried googling but couldn't find an answer.
After my last print was a success, I set my printer up to print a supportless model that photon Validator said was okay

7 hours later and instead of a model, there was a layer of cured resin, wall to wall of the vat on the FEP.

I've had failed prints before but nothing like this. Any idea what the hell could have caused it?

I don’t know if this has been mentioned before on here, I was looking for Irish / UK equivalents to Mean Green to clean my resin prints instead of IPA.
I tried “Flash General Purpose Cleaner” in my Ultrasonic Cleaner, 5 litres costs €11 here in Ireland.
The prints came out nice and clean with no damage, I rinsed them in warm water and cured them as normal.

What resin would people recommend for accuracy of prints? I’ve heard Siraya Blu but it’s very expensive to import into the UK. I did try Elegoo Grey but found it worse than the anycubic green the printer came with.

Dubuque Iowa January 1st 2020.
While 2020 crept over the horizon and billions around the world welcomed in the new year the ever-busy engineers at the Skunk works we're assembling the new fdm test facility.
Early in the morning on the 1st of January 2020 the first test run of the new printer began. This printer will take on the daunting task of test printing assets to be moved into resin printing. This printer will be responsible for proving the overall look and fit an alignment of critical parts.

Question for the hive mind:

How should I go about disposing of a larger than average volume of resin? I say larger than avaerage because its more than just a few drops, or what gets accumulated in your cleaning solution after some time.

The story here is I have another resin printer. For all intents and purposes, the quality is terrible. I don't use it anymore. The resin for it is different than what I use in my Photon and all that's left is about 1/4"-1/2" worth in the vat. I don't care to use it anymore and will thus be packing it away. Maybe someday I'll use it as a donor because the LED array is actually pretty damn nice. Just a low res screen and no firmware available to speak of to see if even just the screen could be upgraded.

Hi I am new owner of Photon, the 1st print is hole and pin and 2 small parts, today just print the sample model and eva01. I use Kcamel washable resin. I feel still sticky after wash, is this normal or still need to wash with 90% alcohol?
