Got my first prints out. They look ok. I kinda want more detail out of them. What why should I be fiddling with exposure time and thickness? With the resin I'm using make a massive diffrance?

Hi guys.
Seems like my print randomly makes layer lining heavy. Anycubic photon. The picture is after using citadel chaos black primer. :(
(I put a usual key next to the model, so you can feel the size)

Is this normal?
I guess it is not, as then the whole modell should be like this.

Clear resin
0,02 layer thck
12 sec exposure
10 degrees lean on model.

Any help is much appreciated.

Does anyone know why my print is coming out like this? It looks like resin is pooling at the tips of my support and being cured but im not sure.

I decided on time to check how the print is going, I was lucky :) ) I added resin on the go, without stopping the print. There were no visible consequences (except for color changes) on the model :)

I have a lot of bits of resin stuck. When they are large pieces, I force the Fep to take off, but in this case it does not work. Any ideas?

Hi team, any obvious reason for my supports failing? It happens for heavy and light supports. I do not have the print settings with me but i have added in some Flex. Perhaps too much? Poor quality resin? It does not seem to be a calibration issue?

Just an update on my previous prints:

Thank you so much to those who gave me great advice that helped me refine my post-print processing!

I cleaned my prints in dirty IPA then cleaned it in clean IPA.

1st pic: The space marine came out cleaner because I UV cured it under direct sunlight

2nd pic: The space marine had "snow" like coats because I put it in the UV oven straight, without letting it dry.

Last Pic: The 2 space marines which I cured under UV sunlight

Findings:

The cleaner the IPA, the better the final finish. However, to ensure your print does not get white coats, ensure to clean it properly, THEN dry it , THEN cure it.

Correct me if I am wrong but I think the uncured resin will tend to stick unto the print while you wash it , so ensure your print is dry before curing it.
