Question. Im having something happen with one of my photons. There is a VERY light band perfectly spaced on some of the prints. This machines z rail and eccentric nut has already been adjusted and there doesnt seem to be any movement. It doesnt happen all the time. Any ideas?

Just checked on my test print. Looks like it’s failed again. Second failure after using the resin xp finder to find the correct exposure times. What am I doing wrong? 20 second exposure time using Anycubic macaroon orange eco resin as per my xp finder print. I’m feeling pretty disheartened.

Just finished printing the resin xp finder for 20u, 40u and 50u for the Anycubic Eco “macaroon orange”. All done at 20 degC ambient temperature. I’ve increased my exposure time and will try my old nemesis the test cube again. Wish me luck!

so, im having some issues with my photon, and i have tried a bunch, and its just failing over and over again.

Hoping for some pointers in the right direction.

Using Any Cubic Green Resin

Just full cleaned the machine, fep, and bed. All brand new resin, with the heck shaken out of it, waited for bubbles to go away and had the room heated up to about 80. Re-leveled and re-homed as well. Build plate looks good and if free of any major scratches or gouges. Locking screw for the bed is nice and tight.

The failure is print be adhesion. Its constantly falling from the front side.

Question. Would y’all suggest printing this straight on the plate. Or raised and angled. I’ve gotten weeks of bad prints and am on my last leg lol I need dimensions to be pretty close but in the angle prints always give a melted look wherever the supports are

I’m ready to just machine it on my lathe Nd mill
