Hey all, just got my Photon OG over prime days and have had some success printing already. I have been FDM printing for about 9 years now (shout to the original makerbot) so I am pretty comfortable in a slicer and around the hardware. Overall loving this machine but nothing I have stays stock for long LOL. What mods/upgrades (aside from the Z rail replacement planning that already) would you recommend. For now I have made the Z axis nut to take out some of the wobble but I am not scared of custom firmwares or deep hardware mods as well. Thanks in advance and thanks for the add! Here are a few prints i have done already and one next to a FDM print with the same Print settings (it never had a chance with the threading).

Hey guys, first time posting. Just finished my first print with my new Photon and digging the results. Came from a Sparkmaker so decided to upgrade. This is a model of "Tiffa" ? I found while perusing Thingiverse. Anybody have some advise for reducing the support bumps? I added and sliced through the default software.

Other than the Formlabs software, are there any programs out there for resin printers that are designed to find the optimal angle for a model based on its geometry and minimising stresses on the FEP?

I'd love to see something that does a quick run through and adds supports to every area there may be a floating island, but also rotates to the optimal angle to ensure the lowest amount of pull force overall for a given model, as well as taking into account the stresses on portions of the model that have supports, and perhaps building stronger supports where pull force might cause deformation.

Anyone know if that exists or if any software maker is building something like it? 'Cause that would be gold.
