So I just dumped the last of my 1L of Anycubic Green into my vat. I have 1L of Elegoo Grey next. Can I add it to the remaining green after this print or should I get rid of all the green first? Also anyone know off hand the new settings I will need in Chitubox when switching to the Grey?

So school me on this please. These miniatures from Fat Dragon Games are designed to print supportless. Is there any reason that I cannot or shouldn't print them this way? I used auto Heavy supports under the bases. Will this hold them to the plate?

What would cause this print to start lifting off the bed? All my other prints have been good. I printed the first Minotaur and actually forgot to hollow him and he was secure to the bed. This print finished and all was good but as you can see it's curling on both ends. Print ended up ok but I have 5 more of these to go, a couple of them are larger so I want to nip this in the bud.

First attempt at this print failed. I ended up emptying and cleaning the vat. I sliced it again with more of an angle this time. Suggestions?

I have been printing with Anycubic Green since I got my machine. I have a Liter of Elegoo Grey that I want to try out. This is my first time trying anything other than the green. Do these settings look right? The spread sheet says "Off Time" is 6,5. Not exactly sure what that means. Is that the Light off Delay and Bottom Light off? And what does 6,5 mean?

How long should curing take with a 10w bulb? This is what I just picked up.

Any suggestions on dealing with resin odors? I started from day 1 with an exhaust fan and a carbon filter but this doesn't seem to be doing the trick. I still get some strong odors in the room some of the time. I set it up this way to avoid odors going into the kids bedrooms directly above.

After a week of printing non-stop I noticed some strong resin odors in the room but hadn't noticed any upstairs. Yesterday I went to the spare bedroom, also above the print room and was nearly knocked over with the smell in there. Unlike the other rooms the spare is closed up and only used a couple times a year. It was really bad in there.

So what other steps can I take. Even if I vented out the one nearby window that would place it right under my sons air conditioner.

How does UV light affect a cured and painted miniature? I had a plan to make some dungeon tiles painted with UV reactive paint to use during a game but now I am wondering if that will have an adverse effect on my resin printed minis. They will be cured and painted but I don't know if that will protect them or not. Opinions?

I am placing an order today for filament for my 3 FDM printers and I want to order a couple liters of resin for my Photon. I am brand new to resin printing so right now I just have the green that came with my Photon. I am printing miniatures for tabletop gaming so is there a brand or color that is better suited or should I just order more of the Anycubic Green?

I see a lot of people printing grey for their miniatures, is there a specific reason why? Strength, smell, base color?

Ok test print is done. I washed it in IPA and rinsed with water. I dried it before curing and since it's dark out I threw together a makeshift curing station until I build something better.

I am very happy with the results. I have no idea though how long I should cure it and how to tell if its under or over cured. Its looks good to me and it's not brittle. The cube has some play to it but its not "soft". How long would you guys cure something in a setup with 3 UV Blacklights like that?
