Hi,

Can photon motherboard be powered by 24V? I wanna do some experiments with LED and motor, but need 24V for that.
I can instal mosfet for LED, but probably not for motor :P

Does anyone have any tips on what i should change if im getting a Base and supports printed, but The part itself is stuck to the FEP? Using autosupports from prusa slicer. Supports too weak? Underexposing?

Hi Everyone, I'm completely new to 3D printing, bought a Photon S last week and I'm happy to say the test print came out perfectly. Next up Im looking for a model that I can print over and over at different layer heights to try and figure out the best settings. Can anyone suggest something on thingiverse that isn't too tall so will print relatively quick but is detailed enough to show off the difference in settings. Also preferably something that won't need any more 3d modelling work done to it as I'm not too clued up on that side of things yet either.

Hi all,

I have a question about clear anycubic resin. Any of you experienced yellowing straight after the print (not washed in IPA yet). I am running 0.03mm 10s expo.

Hey Everybody. I had a weird print issue with my lastest print. It seems like at some point in the print there was both too much area exposure on one model and none at all on the other. What would be the cause of this? I am printing with Elegoo Grey with layer height:0.05mm and exposure time 90s

Hey all, as you can see I had a pretty major failure with this last piece I tried printing. Now I have some ideas about the gap in the arm at the bottom, (suggestions welcome anyway) but what I'm really curious about is this extra thin sheet of cured resin around the raft at the bottom of the supports. It's definitely not supposed to be there and I have never had this particular problem before. It removes easily, but I'm worried it might be part of the issue and I'd like to learn more about it.

I think I've got my detail threshold, but it's still too brittle.

Going to knock it down even more tonight.

Finally took the time to sit down and learn chitubox (super busy holiday season when you work at a hotel) I’ve had two failed prints tonight both just printed the raft layer. I’m using anycubic black I’m thinking I either didn’t support enough or my exposure time of 7 seconds isn’t long enough and maybe my layer height of .25 is too thin. I’m dissatisfied with tonight but I’m excited for tomorrow ?

Edited with what it looks like after I've exported from Prusa and into chitubox. Why is the mirror model shadowed?

What's the correct way to flip or mirror models using something like the prusa slicer? I think attempting to mirror models has been leading to broken objects or something. I've been reading around and I don't quite understand how it works.
