How do you manually create truss structure (cross supports) between supports so they aren't all separate rods? Auto support seems to make truss structures. (CHITUBOX)

Interesting results. Elegoo Black 0.05mm layers, bottom layer count 8, 14 sec exposure, bottom exposure 70 secs, anti-aliasing 4. Lots of tiny grooves perpendicular to the build plate across all surfaces. Any thoughts? Photon with twin rail mod fitted. Other resins don't seem to have this finish.

I've been getting a layer of partially cured resin in the corners of my FEP after a print, and thought it might be light scatter due to a cloudy FEP.

Did my first FEP change this morning and I'm still getting this gelatinous film across the bottom of the tray.

Any ideas on what this might be, besides a faulty screen?

Follow-up on my current printer problems.
Made a test setup that I can live with (takes less than three hours to print, so it makes it easy to run a couple of times a day if needed).
Long story short, it's 11 small'ish skulls, setup in rows where the furthest away row have light supports and the one closest (with 5 skulls in the row) have heavy supports.
Across the lines, I have experimented with different kinds of contact shapes to see what worked the best.
I've attached a photo of the result as well.
The settings are based on 1) the test print I did a few weeks back and 2) the follow-up suggestion on adding 2 seconds to the exposure time.
Still get crap.
What am I - still - doing wrong?
