Is there a buyer's guide for Memory sticks? I did some quick searching but it seems like the memory error issue makes for a lot of noise in the results and didn't see anything definitive.

I'm particularly interested in the wireless/wifi options as I'll have a large range of files to print and sorting them on my PC is gonna be a lot easier than juggling a memory stick back and forth.

Does anyone know why I can't se anycubic software in English? And I can't make support on my object's. I have tried to re install the software on my pc, but something goes wrong. Best wishes from Leif (Denmark)

Hi all, I am new to this group. I was waiting for my Photon order to arrive, before posting my first post here.

Today I should have received my order, a 2nd hand unit in great condition, bought from 3DTOP on Amazon.de. While at work I received a notification it was delivered in my mailbox.

Wait, that should not have fitted, right?

With a bad feeling I arrived home later today and indeed found the package in my mailbox. Yes, not a Photon printer of course...
It contained a 5pc pack of fake E3D brass nozzles! That item number is also mentioned with that description on both the package slip and nozzle package itself, so I can at least prove their mistake. The package has a value of $30...

I just contacted the seller through Amazon.de website and will see how they are going to handle this 'little mistake'. The seller is an authorized seller by Anycubic and has a 100% score on Amazon, at least for now.

Problems.....Just opened new photon leveled etc. ready to print and plugged in usb and suddenly things got weird ( I think that is when it started). Anyway screen works but very slow and unresponsive. Fan stopped working. Wasn’t sure what normal is continued to try to print.

The included usb wouldn’t read in my pc, needed formatted. Downloaded the cube from files here to a new card, print pulled up and screen appears to be progressing, but no motor or fan movement.

Any suggestions on troubleshooting?

I have tried to install the system through the USB and through the website but both them results in the same error (image attached), also tried to uninstall and install again and nothing. Then tried the ChiTu DLP Slicer32 and also resulted at the same error. Did the Windows update and results the same.
I need help to identify the reason of the error and fix it. Is it the PC's configuration? What are the Software needs to run properly?
