Small problem with curing.
Running monocure clear green at the moment and leaving prints under a uv lamp switching positions every 5 to 10 to 20 minutes and some spots are still tacky. Could this be an issue with my printer settings because I feel I might be over exposing a tad to compensate but it doesn't seem the case. Same thing happened with my anycubic clear green.
Any help would be appreciated ?

My Photon will be here Saturday and I am excited to see what it can do. I have decided to set up a closet with a vent tube venting into the attic and then outside. My question is, what is a safe light to use in the closet that will not cure the resin accidentally? I have heard that any LED light will be ok but wondering if anyone has tested the theory. Looking for a light with no UV properties, or just low enough to not be a problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Slowness, and quality oddities have pushed me to buy an Epax x1. I’ll still mess with the photon, but right now I can’t even print a test cube. Out of the gate I had reasonable success, but that ship has sailed. I think the extra uv lights and proposed out of the box calibration will make me happier.

I assume all of the resin settings will lower. That I can play with.

Is there any downside to not being able to cure a print for 12 hours or so? My first print finished successfully and I washed/cleaned it with alcohol but I don't have a uv light setup yet and it's dark outside.

About 30% away from having my first 3d print done ever! I'm planning on curing it outside, says theres a 9 UV index, how long do you think it will take?

If I leave it out there too long how much does that hurt the print. Just doing the default Photon cube

Question about the display (for UV masking, not the one for touch controls)

Is the one on the photon the same as the one on the photon s?

If they aren’t the same, how do they differ and are they compatible?

I’m thinking to mod my UV LED assembly and end up with a higher UV output. I’m wondering if I should also change to a different screen that blocks UV better.

Running into a small issue. Printer has been acting up for a few weeks, thought I resolved it, then it did it again. Decided it was time to update the firmware. Downloaded the latest from Anycubic (4.2.19) and flashed it. Once I did though, the screen had lines running through it for the UV Test. Reflashed back to 4.2.3 and it's fine.

Everything I read online say's there should be 3 files: An LCD file, a BIN file and TXT file. The 4.2.19 only has the LCD and BIN; Am I missing something?

I Updated my Photon to the newest Firmware. And now 2/3 USB sticks doesn't work anymore.
With 1 of them the Photon doesn't boot when the plugs in.
The UV Cooling fan makes strange noises. The number of revolutions goes from 80% to 100% --> 80% --> 0% and 100% very fast. Have anyone the same issues ?
