I have been playing around with combos of flex 100 and rapid grey resin from Monocure 3d and results so far have been good details are a little muddy but I will tune my settings but that flex is worth it

I searched among the posts but I think is a new (and maybe stupid) question:
If I'm going to make 2 prints consecutively, it's enough to remove the first object and start to print again or should I clean the plate with ipa before the second round?

My supports are curing in a big lump against the model. I thought is was from over exposure but if I lower my exposure times any more than the supports don't stick to the raft. I'm using monocure rapid clear. I'm hoping one of you may have a solution. Thanks.

Hi again all, day 3 of the photon...

I’ve re-levelled this thing about 20-30 times
(Flint read method + others)

Still can’t stop failed prints on this thing — it’s either stuck to the FEP or very poorly on the build plate...

Well I have gotten around to printing and modifying my printer for this filter that uses activated carbon. You can see how the fan relocates in the bottom of the picture. I would say it is working very well as there is hardly any smell now in my garage while printing. Id say about a 90% reduction in smell as with some of the very nasty resins, a faint smell is there but NOTHING like it once was. One thing to note is I would recomend upgrading the fan to a better positive pressure fan as I cant load up this housing with as much carbon as I would like due to the fans poor positive pressure. I suspect once I do this and add more carbon I will be able to hit alomost 100% smell removal. I have also designed and installed a 100w PTC heater found on ebay to keep the print temp around 30c. My garage right now is sitting around 13 to 14c and this heater is doing a great job. Hi all! So day two of owning the photon

- test cube came out okay(a few missing bits but I was pausing it to view the print)

This morning tried my own file using monocure rapid (followed slicing specs from website)

I got this failed result below, my question is what does this indicate to you educated folks?

What’s with the ‘film’ around the model?
