So this is a new one for me... any ideas what's causing this? I'm using a disposable Elegoo resin tray with Elegoo Rapid Resin gray. .04 layers at 10 seconds.

No brush or anything touched the mini. I cleaned in an IPA bath followed by diluted Mean Green in a sonic cleaner for 10 minutes.

Edit: I'm also noticing a ton of lost detail.

Waiting for my photon to be delivered, and I'm new to DLP after 5 years of FDM and shapeways.
Please, allow me one stupid question.
Is there a poly cap you peeps have observed?

Tend to model with the shapeways limit in mind, so I'm just looking to discover whether the photon will crap itself if I push up beyond that without a bunch of screwing about. 翻譯年糕

Latest project. These are a set of button type labels to mark the shafts of a desk top loom.

Printed in Monocure rapid black, and highlighted with gold rub n buff applied with a makeup sponge.

I'll post pictures when the buttons are mounted.

Ok so what am i doing wrong lol. I feel like im so close but keep having this issue where the areas facing the build plate with most supports come out all messed up and blobby with extra cured resin and no detail. Parts facing into the vat are good. Been using prusa slicer mainly for supports on bigger things, Included is a couple of supports pics. Dwarf was tilted back about 10deg. Monocure rapid grey and clear both same results. Please Help!
