We did it first, but not with the S10 ?

I've had my printer churning out tiny prints to put together a "parts bin" for my gaming group to pick from for building and customizing Hot Wheels cars for the game Gaslands. Here is the first one i have put together. I'm not totally happy with the paint yet as i think it still needs more rust and grime ?

Here are a few of the Heroforge minis that I printed for a friend. I gave them to him yesterday and he already got them painted up. The one on the left is his barbarian fighter that was aged 40years in game, the middle one is him sporting something from all the various games we play (fantasy, sci-fi, modern...), and the one on the right is a concept he wants to play known as the "Bard-Barian"

These were test prints with the Monocure Rapid Clear. I had some support issues, but overall no major impact so I went ahead and gave them to him until I get a clean print finished.

Looks like i will be ordering a screen soon unless you guys have any tricks for me. The LCD test looked good before the print started, and as pictured after the pictured failure. I rebooted the machine and the test was good again.

Ok, so either there is something wrong with the file i am trying to print from, or Hogwarts is out to kill my LCD. I made another attempt at the Hogwarts model that i messed up on previously. Only this time i hollowed it in Meshmixer, and reduced the size by about 25%. I printed it upside down from supports to give clearance for the drain holes on the bottom, and require no support for the tiny buildings.

I got the same result as before when i thought the model had peeled away. I caught it earlier in the print this time, but i do have a visible "bubble" on the LCD now. It does not appear to have caused any actual damage as the test patern is still clean.

I just found it odd that both sizes, one solid and one hollow, one flat on the plate and one on supports, resulted in the same print failure including tweaking the build plate.

The photos show the models oriented the same direction so the smaller one was a repeat of the results from the larger one. I'm curious what you guys think may be the issue.

Good news bad news tonight.
Bad news first; I had a print that had failed to secure to the build plate. This was odd as my z setting had been solid for several good prints. Took the vat out to clean, and discovered there was no chip in the bottom...no cured resin ? I ran the UV test, and half the LCD failed to activate ? ? I decided to reboot the printer and run the test again. All good this time. Reset Z and print seems to be running fine this time so far. Hopefully I'm not about to lose my LCD.

The good news, i got lucky again and caught a restock of Monocure Rapid clear on amazon so i snagged 2L while i could since this stuff seems to be getting hard to get ahold of.

Here is my best print so far with a light prime to prep for paint. I'm still waiting to get my hands on some Monocure Rapid, so this was with the sample resin. # monopics

Isn't FEPShop.com owned by a member here? I think I am about to place an order for some FEP sheets (100, 127, 127HD, OR 150? I've seen several suggestions), and some Monocure Rapid and 3d-okay renins. Just wanted to find out more about the store as it is international.
