HELP!
I printed quite a lot of models successfully (maybe 60%) using a variety of resins. All of a sudden all my prints fail with the raft stuck to the FEP.

I've now wasted 3/4 of a bottle of BlueCast X5 and some MakerJuice Waxcast before I realized that the platform moves to the correct place for the first layer, but for the second layer it moves up and tries to print 11mm above the FEP!

Anyone have any ideas why this is happening?

Hi Vishal Nischal . To save you from answering 100 questions and seeing as you seem to the expert in BlueCast/Photon/casting/jewelry, why not do a writeup with steps on how you go from design to STL to model print print to burnout to casting? You can post this in the Files section so that everyone can access. I know I would love to see such a description and I'm sure others would also.

Anyone printing with wax on the Photon? If you are, what wax are you using and what's your experience.

What brands are available for wax resins? I know of MakerJuice but they want $114 to ship me a 500ml bottle!

After discovering that a couple of prints had failed after the job had finished, I was wondering whether it's worth pausing after maybe 15 to 20 layers to see that things are going right. Does pausing in any way contribute to failed prints?

Either the raft had not stuck to the base, or it had stuck but the supports had failed to attach to the raft.

Hi guys, new Photon user here with a slicer question.

When I go to the Supports tab, it always moves my model away from the bed. I've tried changing height values and various Raft options without success.
Is there any way to have a model print directly on a raft?
