just ordered my replacement build platform and realised that if people have printed leveling aids and brackets for the driptray im wondering if anyone has modeled and/or printed parts of the build platform and how that turned out?

after having issues with large prints failing after 10 hours or so ive cleaned and tightened what i can but when testing the UV ive noticed shadows on the screen , would these have caused the failures? also would a large file as opposed to a big model be more prone to issues either when loading running or outright failures?

Afternoon all,

Ive just tried to tighten my build plate up and found the screw head is worn completely, can anyone advise on how to ge it out/tighten and suggest a replacement?

Evening all , ive been having trouble with a file ive been printing the first one worked fine all 21 hours of it the second pictured right had issues on the front and a chunk on the back didnt print right leaving a gap. theone on the left right out the printer now has failed earlier on the back. Does anyone have an idea as what caused this?

has anyone found a more 'damage resistant' FEP? or know how to extend the ware time as my most recent print has a matt bit on the face of the print and dont want to replace till i know how to extend the lifespan?

Hi all i've started to expose my IPA to UV to clean and dispose but its turned to jelly rather than anything else and that after almost 24 hours exposure, would this be safe to pour into a bottle and throw in the trash or is there a better way of seperating?
