OK, so the USB seems to be fine now, but the print failed. there is resin on both the print bed AND the FEP, something I havent encountered before... I just re-leveled the bed, might have to do 4 times instead of 3 on the .01mm raise

::sigh:: its shaping up to be a bad week on all fronts, cant even do my hobby without stressing.

OK, so I am still having problems with my printer. ::sigh::

Sad news, It seems that someone in my office touched the printer and discharged static electricty right into the USB port. I have a feeling they fried something, but Ive had at least 2 or 3 susccesful prints since then, although there seems to be a huge amount of errors now. I'm expecting the printer might need a repair :(

I keep getting this message when I print. The USB plug is the included 4gb stick. After trying to unplug and reprint, the printer just hangs.

Also: What are the initial exposure light settings for the layers? My settings:
Layer thickness(mm): 0.05
Normal exposure time (s): 10
Off time(s): 1
Bottom Exposure Time (s): 50
Bottom Layers: 8

Somehow I feel these settings are too long and incorrect,

While I'm dealing with my printer trying to print...Has anyone mixed Resin colors? (I'm using Anycubic's brand).

I have clear and running out of green, and while I'm not worried about the coloring itself, I am worried that the resin will act differently as it goes from green to clear.

Anyone do this with good or bad results?

Hi everyone!
Something is up with my photon. Seems that after leveling the bed, (Flint Read Method). When I go to print, the photon beeps after every exposure level, and after a few times of this, it resets.

I assume that the beeping means its bouncing off the bottom of the tank, and then stops printing/resets to prevent damage. I have reset the level several times, but still getting the same issue. Any ideas on whats happening and how to fix it?

So I tried being a bit aggressive on my first print, printing 4 Fat Dragon Game Skeletons as they required no supports. While being concerned about resin (I honestly didn't know how much to start with, so I put less in), I paused the print and when the base moved up, two of the four figures are printing, both of them towards the rear of the plate (near the Z screw), while the two closest to the machines face didn't even print at the base. I Figure that the plate might be off level slightly, but unsure. Also I figure there is probably a chunk of resin on the bottom of the vat.

I'm letting the print finish out so at least its not a total loss.

So any help with resin removal and how I can get the base plate correctly installed would be appreciated. Thanks you in advance :)
