Ok I tried looking in this forum but havent seen anything like this. I have 3 new lcd screens and a new mainboard. The Lcd screens are the epax ones off amazon. So its hard to see in the pic but all the screens display everything in negative. I tried updating the firmware and that did nothing. The pic bellow is the test screen. You can see that it is masked where it should be letting light through. Basically printing a negative shape.

Anyone encounter this before?

Anyone have a recommendation for a more robust slicing program besides the anycubic or chitubox? I have a small logo on a figure that will only print correctly if I only have one figure on the build plate. Two or more and I get artifacts just through the logo. I tried printing directly on the build plate and at various different angles. I even tried making it a negative cut out and tried changing sizes of the logo. I tried different sd cards and ran it on several different photons. All the same results.

The grey one is what it is supposed to look like. I cut the print short on purpose to see how it was turning out.

The black one is how it turns out if there are more that 2 figures on the build plate.

Anyone know the legit specs of the photon stepper motor? I was given them a few weeks ago on here but turns out they were no where near correct.

Ok guys. So my prints are coming out “shifted” along a plane in roughly the middle if the screen and the back side of the print also has sloppy layers. See pic bellow. I know it is not the file or the usb as I own 9 other photons and I have ran this same print on multiple printers using multiple usb cards. Doesnt matter what the sculpt is. It always comes out like this just on this last machine for the last couple prints I have ran. It has ran fine for the last 2 years with no issues.

Zrail upgrade installed after issue started

I also tried firmware update and no dice.

So should I change the board or the lcd first?

Anyone know of a way to buy step motors for a photon? I bought 3 used machines that needed motors. Emailed Anycubic around a week ago. No response.

Ive had 3 photons for over a year now and I have finally run into an issue that is not user caused. The motor for the zaxis has stopped working. Doesnt make noise, move, go to home nothing. I looked on anycubics website and did not see replacements for sale. Havent messaged them yet. Thought I would check here first and see if anyone has ran into this before.
