3D Print Design Challenge - I'm reaching out to people smarter as well as have more time than me. Originally I had planned to reverse engineer what I use, but due to rehabilitation from an operation thought it best to reach out to others since it can be a benefit to other users.

One of the main contributors to inconsistent resin prints is due to resin not being mixed thoroughly. When resin sits on a shelf, even for a couple weeks, simply shaking it is enough to get the buildup at the bottom. I use a spatula to mix up the stuff at the bottom short term. Long term though use a cheap amazon hot dog roller. The positive is that it is cheap ($15-30) compared to a scientific bottle roller ($1000+), but the negatives are it is cheap, breaks, poor design and not really designed for resin bottles.

I believe there can be a design that could be FDM/SLA/DLP printed, combined with power, electronics, controller ( Arduino Dieni ?) for the motor, rollers that could be created. Or maybe someone has already done this and I am just not searching for the right keywords.

@ Giancarlo Arriola - Since you asked... This was the first video test to see what we needed to tune.I think I need to add some additional lighting. I tried to put a finished example in the center with a coin for size reference, unfortunately with how the camera was positioned it focused on the center when there were smaller pieces and then back. I'll probably just have to put it into the circle along with the rest of the pieces to keep focus in one area.

For the comparison tests, we've picked one model which will be done at its original size (32mm scale) and then one done at 2x the size. We will compare various SLA and DLP printers, using different resins. For the resins that allow us to adjust print resolution we'll do various examples, like 25, 50 and 100um test then do a side by side video to compare. Some resins like the EnvisionTEC only allow 25um. I will be doing the raw pieces, which is after they were printed and gone through IPA bath without any cleanup. Then we'll do cleanup on them and then finally do a completed piece. Then we'll do a video comparison with them primed. There will also be comparisons of multi-piece print vs printing as a single piece. For example the peach miniature in the middle was printed as one piece at 25um (DLP), while the other pieces were done at 100um (SLA) multi-piece.

Not sure how we'll do the final composition, do it as one video or just segments. This is just a test, figured I'd show a sneak peak.
