This is weird - after many perfect prints, my models are popping off the supports and sticking to the FEP.

The piece is flat on the bottom, do I need to angle it?

Heavy supports, 12 Seconds on, 8 seconds off. Anycubic Green resin.

Bed freshly leveled before each attempt!

How can I keep this piece from warping? The white PLA version is laying nice and flat.

Elegoo grey resin, cured 5 min under UV light.

Update: In the hour since I took that photo, the piece has warped MORE.

OK, I'm confused about drain holes and suction.

I printed this deer hollow with no drain holes and had no issues. (See deer on build plate)

Then I added drain holes in the bottom of each foot and had weird "flaps" open up on the back and had gaps in some areas and a huge hole in the belly.

There were NO changes in exposure or timing. Elegoo White at 10 seconds on, 5 seconds off 0.05mm layers.
Wall thickness is 1mm, model hollowed in ChituBox.

Any advice on that odd behavior?

Very happy with this Albert Einstein! It still needs cleanup but looks nice.

I think I got his nose too close to the print area though. It's flat!

I think I might need to adjust the slicer, I didn't touch the "Red Wall of Death".

OK Photon Friends™ I need your wisdom again.

I solved my adhesion problem with a 110 second base exposure, and a good plate re-level.

But I can't seem to figure out why my rafts are curling. The Cube raft curled the least, but still some. I also rotated print #3 a little, does that make a difference?

This is Elegoo grey resin at 110 seconds, 15 seconds layer exposure.

OK gang, I still need help!

Issue #1)
I increased my first layer exposure to 110 seconds and thought I had solved my adhesion issues. The base is 6 layers thick.

So I went for a big print and got this. Elegoo Grey resin at 15 second layer exposure. What's causing this warping/lifting?

Issue #2)
Do I see the dreaded "Z-wobble" as banding on the forehead?

Any ideas?

First of all thanks to the members of this group, increasing the base layer exposure from 90sec to 110 sec solved my adhesion issues!

Next question - how strong is this resin? This is a replacement knob for a heater - Will it stand uo to normal use or should I make a silicone mold and cast in a stronger material?

Also, I learned a new lesson. My printer leaves a line if I pause a print to peek at it. I just need to be more patient!

I've been fighting with adhesion issues, and I'm wondering if my basement is too cold? It's about 60F/20C down there.

I had built this cabinet to dry painted parts, it's heated by a 200W ceramic heating element. It gets about 93F/34C in there if I close the door. There is no thermostat, so I'll have to moderate the temperature by opening the door a bit.

Now my question is, how warm is TOO warm? Will I have problems above a certain temperature?

I have the printer warming now, will try my first test print in about an hour.
