Anyone ever got not z-wobble but a bent z-axis? I had only printed smaller objects until today, but after printing a cylinder for a steam engine I recognized, that one side was not printing straight upwards, but with an angle. After inspecting the printer I found, that the z-axis and the slide holding bar behind it were bent forward and not sitting perfectly straight. Also I could see the bent, about 1/4 up the threaded axis. Do someone know this and knows if Anycubic would replace it?

Hey guys,
I recently got a Photon and the test model came out great!

But I'm still looking for a solution to nicely cure the prints after I take them out of the printer and wash them with IPA and water.

For the test print I used the sunlight-will-do-it method, but I'm looking for a method, which I can also use in bad weather or at night.
I googled around for the last couple days and found those 3 alternatives:

1) Photocentric3D UV curing chamber / imagepac
pricetag: around 50€

Problem here is the room of the chamber which is
15x15x5cm so it is even smaller than the Photon's build
room. Which means the usable space will be limited even
more, given that I don't want to have to squeeze my prints
into the curing chamber

2) xyzprinting UV curing chamber
pricetag: around 380 to 400€

Problem/thoughts:
Frankly the price gap between this one and
photocentric's is quite big plus I'm a student, so 400€ are
not that easily spend without searching for alternatives
first. I do know that xyzprinting's chamber has a lot more
functions and has LEDs as lightsource, still I thought there
had to be something in between these two pricetags.

I also found even more expensive curing chambers, but I
do not consider them a real alternative to the xyzprinting
one at the moment.

3) Several DIY curing chambers
pricetag: anything from 30€ to around 120€ depending on
which lightsource, with spinning plate or without etc.

Problems/thoughts:
I want to get it quite right, given that UV-light is not without
it's hazards and also I want to really get the 405nm, not the
395nm most LEDs are emitting, or at least that's what most
shops state as wavelength for most of their UV-LEDs.
So "just" using a paint bucket and just throw in the led strip
is certainly not ideal for me.
Also found a post about the ready to use LED stripes
loosing most of their power in quite a short time, either due
to the plastic cover fogging up because of the UV-light or
because the LEDs got to hot while using the oven.
I sure could use some UV or blacklight bulbs, but than I
would have to handle 230V A/C, so also possible, but not
ideal. Also I could buy some single high power LEDs or
quite a bunch of 3mm LEDs and solder them together. But
to be brutally honest I would rather spend this time printing
and curing then soldering together around 150 LEDs.

Sorry for that extremely long post. I hope you guys can help me out with some ideas and thoughts and tell me what you guys use for curing your prints.
