Hey all,

I've recently been getting real bad vertical suction/layer lines on my prints with my Photon. I'm unsure of what the cause is, I've tried playing around with settings and cleaning the Z-rail but nothing appears to be helping. All the models I've been printing have been hollowed with at least 4 holes added at the bottom nearest the build plate with plenty of supports, and the resin is a mix of Elegoo Grey & Siraya Tenacious.

Please let me know if you have any suggestions, the extra cleanup work I'm having to do on these models is giving me arm-ache ?

Hey all!

I recently got the Photon and did my first successful print! However when I returned to the printer the following day the resin vat appeared to have a solid skin atop it (seemed like the top had somehow cured)! I removed all the solid parts on top and drained the vat only to find the same had happened at the bottom! I'm baffled because not only did I have the chamber shut I also printed a vat lid to cover the resin!

Now after removing the skin I found that somehow all the resin had managed to cure over the print platform and the inside of the vat too, I'm pretty sure everywhere I read said it was okay to leave resin in your vat and let the platform drip overnight so I'm really confused as to what I did wrong. Was it bad resin? Was it that I work in a room with a lot of windows? I'd really appreciate your help!

Just got my printer set up and got the LCD error code : T_100 when attempting to print the test file. The rectangle also does not display at all when testing the LED screen, however when I first turned it on two days ago it displayed after 3 attempts of running the exposure, then stopped showing again. I've attempted both upgrading and downgrading the firmware to see if it fixes it but there's still no change.

I'm guessing this is a hardware issue, should I just try and get a refund or is this fixable?
